Sooo..I had something great all planned out in my head, where I was going to discuss phrases in the English language that I really have a problem with. However, I made it halfway through the first paragraph when I realized I don't want to be negative this morning. SO, instead, I'm going to talk about how I don't feel very well.
I DON'T FEEL VERY WELL!
See, I'm concise. Di-rect. To. The. Point.
Last week I took photos of Sanjana, which you can find here. I'm really excited for this weekend, because I have not ONE, but TWO shoots lined up. The first is with Whitney & Robert, which is going to be wonderful and amazing , because it will be my first experience photographing a couple that is not my husband and I. I have a thousand million creative ideas, but I'm sure I'll forget half between now and then, and probably just go with like..two of them. But hopefully they will be the best two, and not the worst two, and all will be well.
The second shoot is--I think--with my friend Lauren. This will be fun because it's been a long time coming. Also, next week is Spring Break, which means extra time, which means...more photos! I think. I hope. I tentatively have something lined up with a few more people.
I have so MUCH fun with photography! It's a blast. I literally have no idea what I'm doing 95% of the time, but people like it, so it's all I can really hope for.
I'm in the beginning stages of a 15-20 page paper I have to write for my Global Studies Capstone course. I'm writing about the "conflict" in Israel and Palestine. Originally, I had 75 thousand different ways I was going to approach it, but now I think I'm going to try to examine the possible cultural ramifications on Israeli and Palestinian children currently living in the area, and future generations. It's a crazy situation in that there are generations of children now who have only known war their entire lives. I know this is not unique to that area alone, but it moves me, and I want to explore it.
Other than that, I'm cold and have the shakes. I think it's because I only had cereal this morning, but took medicine that you're supposed to eat food with it. I don't think my food was enough. I get off work at 1, at which time I am hoping my delightful and blessed husband will make me lentils and potatoes so I can be happy the rest of the day.
Oh, and please visit here. If only so I don't have to include the link in every single blog, which I still might do.
